Announcing awesome-etherlink: Your New Compass for the Ecosystem

Hello Etherlink Explorers!

It’s your fellow Etherlink Intern here, bringing you a special update to help streamline your journey through our expanding blockchain universe. As I’ve mentioned before, my intent with this blog is to reduce the friction users face when interacting with Etherlink and to provide helpful guidance on the entire user experience.

To that end, I have just pushed a new initiative to GitHub: awesome-etherlink.

What is Awesome-Etherlink?

As our ecosystem grows—from the launch of Apple Farm Season 2 to new gaming integrations—it can be tricky to keep track of every new dApp and tool. While I previously recommended visiting the official ecosystem page or checking analytics on DeFiLlama, I realized we needed a community-driven, developer-centric repository where everything is listed in one place.

This "Awesome List" is designed to be a curated directory of the best resources, projects, and tools available on Etherlink.

What’s Inside?

Whether you are a builder or a user, the repository is being organized to help you find exactly what you need. Here is a taste of the types of projects and resources you can expect to find (and contribute to!):

• DeFi Protocols: Access links to major yield and trading platforms like Superlend, IguanaDEX, and Hanji, which are essential for those participating in programs like Apple Farm.

• Developer Tooling: We are aggregating the best infrastructure tools, such as Thirdweb for smart contract deployment and Ankr for reliable RPC endpoints.

• Gaming: With projects like Sugarverse deploying on Etherlink to pioneer Play-to-Earn gaming, having a central list of active games is more important than ever.

• Wallets: Find compatible wallets like Temple Wallet 2.0, which recently added full EVM support to help you manage assets across chains.

• Real World Assets (RWA): Discover unique platforms like Uranium.io, which brings tokenized physical uranium to the blockchain.

Why This Matters

Our goal for the coming year is to enhance the utility and impact of our tech to accelerate Etherlink’s growth. By centralizing these resources, we lower the barrier to entry for new developers and explorers, making it easier for everyone to build and interact with the "money legos" of our ecosystem.

Call for Contributions

This repository is yours as much as it is mine. The Etherlink ecosystem is still in its early stages and growing rapidly, which means new applications are appearing constantly.
